1. Information collected

Founder name and email address
Company name, sector, round stage, raise amount and terms
Business description, traction, uploaded IR materials, data room/demo links, referrer information
Intake, review, and reply records (reference number, consent records, timestamps)

2. Purpose of use

First-pass investment review of submitted materials and replies
Progress lookup via reference number
Follow-up contact, such as requests for additional materials
Internal record-keeping of review history

3. Scope of AI use

Submitted materials may be entered into AI analysis tools to organize content, spot gaps, and assist the first-pass review.
API settings are used under which inputs are not used to train external models.
Investment decisions, meetings, and the content of replies are confirmed and decided by the operator personally — not by AI.

4. Retention and deletion

Submitted materials and records are kept for up to 12 months after a review concludes, then destroyed.
On request, materials and records are deleted without delay.
Uploads are kept in private storage, accessible only to the operator.

5. Third-party disclosure

Submitted materials are never sold or provided externally.
They are shared internally only when a review moves into Intervest's official process — and you'll be informed beforehand.

6. Security measures

Encryption in transit (HTTPS), private storage, restricted access
Every submission keeps consent records and a processing (audit) trail.
